I thought I remembered the name as Brianna Roberts drug supplier. I went digging for information and found the following information:
According to these court documents Briana wasn't simply buying from Brichetto, she worked for him. Perhaps Justin DiPietro worked for him too? Trista supporters are always fond of claiming he is a "small time" or "low level" drug dealer. Sounds like that was what Briana was.
Why would Anon 8:19 think that Jeff and Trista would know someone like that? I sure hope they come by and clear this up for us. Jeff hasn't answered any of Anon 8:19's yet, but doesn't that kind of give us an answer? If he doesn't know Christopher Brichetto he could simply say so.
Then I got to thinking...isn't Jeff a truck driver? And wasn't Justin going to truck driving school? Tori did a great story on this long ago at:JusticeForAyla.
For those unaware, truck driving is one of the up and coming ways drug dealers are distributing product all across the nation.
Kind of makes me wonder, how well does Jeff know Justin?

ReplyDeleteVery interesting piece of documentation. It would be interesting to know the dates in Dec. 2011 the wiretap began. Is it possible, the reason there has been no arrests in the case of Ayla is due to the fact that this case (involving Brichetto) is ongoing and as such must be played out first in the courts? Have either B. Roberts or C. Brichetto been sentenced?
ReplyDeleteI have read about other cases where during an initial investigation, especially where guns and drugs are involved, other crimes are set aside until the initial investigation is resolved. If that is the case with Ayla, it is a shame especially if there was indication that she could have been in harms way and was left in place to protect the initial investigation.
I like you TLA, am very interested in what light Anon can shed on those involved with little Ayla. ANON, please finish what you started....For Ayla.
Both Brichetto and Roberts have been sentenced and adjudicated.

DeleteBrichetto was held in civil contempt for failing to testify before a federal grand jury after being granted immunity. The grand jury proceedings were sealed so whether they involved the same drug ring or not is unascertainable from the documentation.
ReplyDeleteIt seems that Briana had to attend not one, not two but three grand juries after her arrest.

ReplyDeleteNot that it matters to anyone, here is my concern regarding the lack of justice in the cases of Ayla, Lisa and so many of our missing babies. From government on down there is more emphasis/importance placed on investigating crimes involving guns and drugs, tax cheats, corporate greed, government corruption, etc… Even animal abuse is more aggressively investigated than the abuse and murder of our children. While these crimes are all important and need to be dealt with appropriately, our children need to be protected and they are not. I commend those who publicly push LE/AG to bring charges in the Ayla Reynolds case by way of petition however, would it not be more appropriate to focus our efforts on changing the laws where it pertains to the safety of all children. Not a day goes by that we do not hear of yet another case of child abuse by a parent, coach, teacher, religious figure or a thousand other persons in a position of authority/prestige. Point is, until appropriate laws are written and adhered to within our judicial system; our children will continue to be abused/murdered. Until public employees such as DHHS are forced to carry out their mandates as written, with consistent reviews to assure swift, accurate and appropriate conduct, our children will continue to suffer. Until we stop ranting about things that are of lesser importance and focus on real justice that will keep the sick bastards away from our babies, NOTHING will ever change. If it were up to a survivor of abuse, the punishments would be harsher, longer and would without a doubt act as a deterrent. As a survivor, there is nothing worse than to go through life knowing that those who could have protected you failed.
